Digital Marketing Fulfillment (Full-Time)

Our Goal is to make local businesses successful. A Digital Marketing Fulfillment/Account Manager will help manage some of our relationships with our current clients and fulfill digital agency tasks on their behalf. The ideal candidate for this role would be someone who has administrative experience and enjoys talking with people, understands the importance of online presence, and has a working knowledge of social media marketing. They must also be comfortable communicating and demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with local businesses on a regular basis to improve their online presence.
  • Work with local businesses to assess and implement a digital marketing strategy
  • Conduct onboarding calls with local businesses to gather information and execute the services ordered, which requires following a script to ensure accuracy and consistency across the board
  • Build custom social media profiles for our clients
  • Able to create and speak to reports outlining fulfilled services and proof of performance
  • Find and publish social media articles for many businesses in a variety of verticals
  • Work within Facebook Business Manager to boost social content (paid ads)
  • Respond to positive and negative reviews on behalf of our clients businesses
  • Claim and correct any online listings, social sites or review sites for our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service for our partners and their clients
  • Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and politely
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness for our partners and their clients

Skills and Qualifications (not all a requirement):

  • Digital marketing experience for local business
  • Knowledge of social media (Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Past experience in customer support
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
  • Experience with image manipulation
  • Must have reliable transportation (on-site position)

Job Pay: $17-$19/hr
